I spent a vast amount of time tagging along with my father early in his real estate career and for many years following. I have always had a strong passion for homes, including the diversity of styles, designs & architecture of them. I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and very proudly carry on the ‘Eves’ practice, now being the 4th generation realtor in our family. I feel very honored to to not only be apart of the Eves Real Estate Group but to also be an Eves myself. The amount of respect and kind words I receive regularly from industry veterans, simply because they know our family name and community involvement over many years, is truly touching. Naturally, I want to exceed my own goals & expectations; but also want to exceed the expectations of my clients. After spending nearly a decade working in sales, marketing, company development, and operations, Cheyanne knows what truly drives conversations; it’s not mastering the marketing flavour of the week. I was born in Toronto, and raised in Newmarket, working in the area my entire professional career. I married into the "Eves" family, and subsequently obtained my real estate license in 1978. I’ve always been a people person, and strive in offering unmatched quality and service, while reaching and surpassing goals. While pursuing my re-sale residential business I was also the sole sales representative from 1990-2000 for the reputable local builder "Dreamland Homes" where I furthered my education into "new home" construction. I was responsible for not only preparing and presenting all agreements for/to the builder but also assisted and documented all aspects of product/colour selections for the new homebuyers. I have been a consistent producer over the years with numerous "President Awards" for achievements in sales. Now celebrating 40 years in the real estate field, I am proud to carry on the "Eves" tradition into its 4th generation. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, and travelling to new destinations. On the home front I enjoy cheering on our Raptors and Blue Jays, watching old movies, and professional tennis tournaments.

My passion for real estate started young. As a little girl, my mom would take me to open houses so I could collect all the paperwork and later "sell" homes to my family as their agent. As I got older, my desire to be a realtor became more apparent after I did a two year co-op in high school for a brokerage and loved it. Right out of school I worked in insurance and property management until I became a licensed real estate agent in 2013. In 2014 I started to buy and flip my own properties and have continued to enjoy the process that goes along with that, start to finish. Everyday in real estate is different, I love meeting new people and finding them their dream home is just the icing on the cake. I come from a very strong entrepreneurial family with both my parents and my two older sisters also owning their own businesses. My mom always instilled in us girls that we can do anything we set our minds to and I carry that with me everyday. I bring a fun loving and professional approach to finding the home that best fits my clients needs no matter what the situation. I am dedicated to my work and believe that the relationship is key, before and after any transaction. Over the years many of my clients have become my second family but the best compliment is referred business. "When you find a job you love, you never really have to work again" (unknown) Outside of real estate, my true love is my little niece and nephews and my pug Lacey. Most of my spare time is spent in Muskoka and Georgian Bay with my boyfriend, four-wheeling, cottaging, boating and spending time by the pool with my family. My sisters, my mom and I are best friends and talk every single day. Most Sundays you can catch me at my parents house mooching a meal with the whole family, husbands, 5 kids, 4 dogs, boyfriend and friends!!

During those years, I acquired exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry as well as experience in all aspects of a real estate transaction from listening to the clients needs and wishes to negotiating offers whether they were selling or buying a home or investing in a property. Given my love of people and the fast-paced real estate market and being a personable and energetic individual, becoming a licensed real estate agent was a natural decision as my career choice. I am a full-time bilingual (French and English) Sales Representative (licensed since 2010) focusing on residential sales (single family homes, semi-detached, townhomes, condos and more). My beliefs are based on continued COMMUNICATION between the agent and his/her client, HONESTY, LOYALTY, ACCOUNTABILITY as well as INTEGRITY and, most importantly, UNDERSTANDING the individual needs of each client.
